In tonight's edition, I look at the combination of the Sun and Mercury ingressing Leo, just as Venus stations retrograde. I also read the chart of Marshall McLuhan on his 104th birth anniversary, and look at how his media theories express themselves in his chart. And I look at the chart of Donald Trump, for some perverse thrills. Finally I end with an overview of my "astrology for artists" theory. Music today is from David Byrne's The Knee Plays, a work of art by one of the great artists of our time.

In tonight's edition, I look at the synchronicity between the New Horizons mission reaching Pluto within hours of the nuclear accord reached with Iran. I look at the chart for the nuclear deal and also comment on the metaphysical implications of a spacecraft reaching Pluto (which it did Wednesday morning at around 8 am EDT). I also do a thorough reading of the New Moon chart. Music for tonight's edition is from the 1979 No Nukes concert, featuring Graham Nash, Crosby, Stills and Nash, and Jackson Browne. I mention an article wherein I read the chart for the first nuclear reaction, called the Nuclear Axis chart -- you can read that here, in a piece from November 2013 called Notes from Downwind.

In tonight's edition, I recap three historic nights in Chicago when the Grateful Dead played their 50th anniversary reunion show. I cover lots of astrology -- Mercury in Cancer, Venus in Virgo (and Venus retrograde) and I recap Saturn in Scorpio. A fantastic edition, featuring vintage 70s recordings by the Dead.

Reading of the Declaration of Independence

This is a short recording that is a reading of the full Declaration of Independence. If you’re never read it, this is your chance to find out what an incredible statement it is. The full recording is under 10 minutes and it’s as exciting as any action movie you’ve ever seen, or at least I do my best to deliver the passion and integrity of this document to you now.
