At an entrance near 8th Ave., security official at Madison Square Garden checks the vaccine cards of two women attending the Foo Fighters. MSG like some other venues is requiring injection with the supposed Covid 19 preventive for admission. The security team inspected 15,000 such cards in about an hour (the show was two-thirds capacity of the arena), as the crowd filed into the arena; in New York they are handwritten, just like polio vaccine cards of old. They are also for sale outside Yankee Stadium for $20. Photo by Eric.

Sunday night I drove from Kingston down to Manhattan to check out the scene outside the first full-attendance concert at Madison Square Garden. This was a vaxxed only show, where to get in, attenders had to have a ticket and a vaccine card. I asked people in line to get in a few questions; here is that audio. What you’re going to learn is that most people have not thought much about this. They just want the cookie. They can get into the concert. The vaxx pass gets them something.
